Fluffy Floofs provides dog walking and pet sitting services within Romford and the surrounding area. If you’re unsure whether your location is covered, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to let you know.
How much do your services cost?
Prices vary depending on the service required, the length of visits or walks, and the number of pets. Please see pricing page or contact us if and we will be happy to provide a quote based on your needs.
How do I book a service?
Booking is simple — the easiest and quickest option is via Whats App on 07359 951325 or you can contact us through the website or email to discuss your needs.
We’ll arrange a meet-and-greet so we can get to know you and your pet before services begin.
Will my dog be walked alone or with others?
This depends on your preference and your dog’s temperament. We can offer solo walks or small group walks where appropriate to ensure every dog is comfortable and safe.
How do you handle house keys?
Your home’s security is extremely important to us. Keys are kept safe and secure at all times and are never labelled with personal address details. If preferred, arrangements can also be made for key collection and return.
What happens in an emergency?
Your pet’s safety is our top priority. In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will immediately contact you using the emergency details you provide. If veterinary care is required, we will follow your instructions or take your pet to your preferred vet.
